Book Performance Tickets on the Ticket Plaform
Select the K Stage Festa Rail Package Discount Option when booking (discount applied at checkout)

Present Travel Package Voucher at the Box Office
to pick up your tickets and attend the performance
If you cannot provide proof of the voucher, you will be required to pay the discounted fare difference on-site.
Notes
Performance tickets and travel package vouchers must be purchased separately through Ticket Platform and Let's Korail.
When booking tickets, select the K Stage Festa Rail Package Discount Option to receive the discount.
When picking up tickets at the box office, you must present proof of your K-Stage Festa Rail Package voucher.
The purchaser of the travel package and the performance ticket must be the same person. In some cases, ID verification may be required.
Each person may purchase up to 4 sets (train tickets + performance tickets).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations cannot be made as a whole; performance tickets and train tickets must be canceled separately. Cancellation fees will follow the policies of each sales channel (Ticket Platform and Let’s Korail).
Travel package vouchers are operated by Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL). Reservation cancellations or changes must be made through KORAIL and are subject to the Domestic Travel Standard Terms and Conditions, Article 6 (Special Provisions):
Same day of departure: 30% fee
1 day before departure: 20% fee
2 days before departure: 10% fee
3 days or more before departure: Full refund
In the event of a performance cancellation, tickets may be canceled or changed according to the policies of each ticket vendor.
