Information
The CelloGayageum duo’s objective is to blend the distinctive traditional qualities of both instruments, creating a new musical expression. Their music harmonizes Eastern and Western influences, blending the familiar and the novel. By doing so, they aim to share the joy of discovering differences in our lives. This process, they suggest, is akin to the generation of something entirely new from these contrasting differences.
CelloGayageum aims to share the inspiration that stems from the collaboration of its two performers and the joy of music that is closely linked to life.
The performance will feature “Sound of Sea,” “Arirang Go,” and “Hanyang.” -
